The 5th Annual Barefoot Strong "Virtual" Summit is based off of the Live Summit which will be held in sunny Scottsdale, AZ. This two-day conference is scheduled for Saturday October 26, 2019 to Sunday October 27, 2019. Each day will consist of 90 minute workshops presented by internationally known health and fitness educators from Europe and the United States.

Saturday is dedicated to optimizing brain function from children to Seniors through the importance of sensory stimulation and emotional expression through somatic experiencing. There will be a big focus on the polyvagal theory, brain training, gut brain axis + more.

Sunday is dedicated to exploring the power of pelvic function as it relates to the male pelvic floor,the anterior pubic joint, visceral elasticity and coccydynia or tailbone function.

The "Virtual" Summit access will be accessible starting on November 1, 2019

With over 19 years in the fitness industry, Dr Splichal has dedicated her medical career towards studying postural alignment and human movement as it relates to barefoot science, foot to core integration and sensory integration.
